New Concept Question Board

Black Friday, my mom and I were one of those crazy people who were at Walmart at midnight. I returned home with a Cricut....love, love love it! I've found so many ways to use it in my classroom. I decided to spruce up my concept question board for our reading series.

I also made new months and other calendar pieces for our math board.

Does anyone else use a Cricut to make things for their classroom?

  4. I have one and love it. I made palm trees for my word wall, as I had the "Chicka Chicka" theme this year moving up from K with my class. I made some owls that say "WooHooooo for GREAT work!"...I don't have pics of them but can take some and send them to you when I return to school next week. I've also made snowglobes with my kids individual pictures inside to display their new winter work in the hall. I cut letters, shapes, you name it for the room as it's such a great resource! :O) Congrats on your purchase and your room looks great!

  7. I bought one right before thanksgiving! We have been using it like crazy in my classroom with projects. I also found that Hobby Lobby has scrapbook paper on clearance 6 for a dollar all the time in the clearance section! They have all of the really thematic papers that most people wouldn't use but work great in the classroom. I just added pictures of my kids making pattern necklaces from light shapes I cut out on my cricut! Enjoy yours!
